To boost concentration, you can try the <b>Pomodoro Technique:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Divide upcoming tasks into 25-minute segments, called pomodori.<\/li>\n<li>During a pomodoro, you must do nothing but focus on this task \u2013 no getting up, making phone calls, eating, drinking, checking emails <abbr title=\"etcetera\">etc.<\/abbr><\/li>\n<li>After successfully working through 25 minutes, a pomodoro is \u201cdone\u201d. As a reward, you get five minutes of free time.
