What is Moodle and how do I access it?

Moodle is the learning platform we use at Ohm \u2013 not just in the Writing Center. As an Ohm member, you log in with your regular myOhm credentials. To access the Self Service Portal, you need to be connected to the university network or \u2013 from outside \u2013 set up a VPN connection<\/a>.

What is MS Teams and how can I use it?

MS Teams is a communication platform we use at Ohm \u2013 not just in the Writing Center. Ohm members are provided with the software free of charge. Here<\/a> you can find out how to get MS Teams, activate your account, and download it. In the Self Service Portal of the central IT services (Zentrale IT)<\/a>, you will find a guide on how to use MS Teams.
