The list of symbols is a compilation of all the symbols you have used in your work. Check with your supervisor whether you need a list of symbols.

Listed here are: both Latin and Greek upper- and lowercase letters, as well as those from other alphabets, and special characters.

The formula symbols are listed in alphabetical order in the directory, and the directory itself is placed in your paper after the table of contents, but before the introduction.
