The Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm (the Ohm) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously improve user-friendliness for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
As a public body within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we strive to make our websites accessible in accordance with the Bavarian Digital Ordinance (BayDiV) implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102. Reason for non-accessible content
Technische Hochschule Nürnberg is continuously working to improve its website. However, due to the large amount of content, the age of some documents, and the complexity of the website, not all content and services can yet be made accessible.
Current measures to improve accessibility:
- Raising awareness among decentralized editors,
- Taking accessible design into account in new web projects,
- Further technical development of the content management system to support accessible content.

Enforcement procedure
